Natal's focus is providing quality rental properties in Atlanta's core neighborhoods- specifically Grant Park, Reynoldstown, Cabbagetown and Inman Park. Our properties are Single Family and Duplexes.

Our rent rates are extremely competitive and many properties mix the old charm with new updated systems.
Natal utilizes Buildium management online service. This allows the tenant to access their account and see up to date information. Residents can pay rent and utilities on line with no service fee (bank draft payment).
We pride ourselves in maintenance and response time to issues. One way we do this is by having all systems checked before move in and regular systems review.
We are the project managers of our properties. Natal charges residents only $75 for agreed service requests. Ie If we have a repair and the cost to Natal is a $300 service fee, the resident is only responsible for the first $75. Please note that Natal is not responsible for maintaining or repairing dishwashers, and washer dryer units.

Pet Policy:
Unlike many rental companies, we try to accommodate those with pets (no aggressive animals please).
Systems.
Most of our properties have newer roofs, heating cooling systems and other upgrades (which contribute to lower utility bills). Some of our properties also allow for limited off street parking which is a premium in these neighborhoods.
Almost all our rentals have the following plans:
A) Bi annual heating cooling maintenance.
B). April-Sept lawn maintenance
C). Termite control protection
D) Transparent Buildium Mgt Accounting with no fees when using bank draft.
The bi annual heating cooling servicing keeps your systems running and maintains system efficiency that can impact energy use and bills.
All properties are professionally cleaned before move in and systems checked.
Most units come with pre installed alarm systems that the tenant can choose to activate or not.
We are always looking for appropriate properties.

Natal offers a platinum plan that covers all appliances including washer dryer. Please inquire during application process.
We strongly suggest potential residents view the property in person. If there is more than one potential resident interested, we ask both to see the property at the same time. Once the application is received by Buildium, Zillow or other means, our Application Processor (AP) reviews the document. This process includes but is not limited to running credit, employment verification and other items. The AP will recommend approval. When applicant is told they have an approved application they have 24 hours to provide Natal Properties with a holding fee (which converts to security deposit after move in). This fee is equivalent to one month's rent. Until the deposit is received the property marketing will continue and we can not guarantee you will secure the property.
Every business and individual is experiencing increased fees and costs. At Natal we value our residents. Most residents stay well over initial term, some for many years. We encourage you to talk to your Natal rep or property manager during the application process. Often lease extensions can be secured with a 5-10% annual increase depending on agreed rent rate. We do all we can to keep residents at or below market and appreciate everyone's understanding as we are all working in a new cost environment,
